Information We Collect We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you inquire about services, open a support ticket, or sign a service agreement. This includes:

  • Personal Information: Name, business name, email address, billing address, and phone numbers (landline and mobile).

  • Technical Data: As an MSP, we may access/process data on your systems (servers, workstations, backups) solely for the purpose of technical support, maintenance, and security monitoring.

How We Use Your Information We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain your IT network and infrastructure.

  • Process payments and send invoices.

  • Communicate regarding support tickets, system alerts, and maintenance windows.

Strict SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and the security of your communication data.

  • Consent: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Sage Solutions LLC regarding service updates, critical alerts, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • No Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Fulfillment Policy (Refunds & Cancellations)

Service Delivery Satisfaction Guarantee At Sage Solutions LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT and networking services. If you are not satisfied with a specific service deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve any concerns.

Refund Policy Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Service Disputes: If the delivered service does not meet the specifications outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

  • Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.

  • Hardware & Software: Software licenses, hardware, or third-party services purchased through Sage Solutions LLC are non-refundable once provisioned, ordered, or activated, as these funds are remitted to third-party vendors.

Subscription-Based Services

  • Cancellations: Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the billing period unless specifically outlined in your agreement.

  • Prepaid Terms: Prepaid annual subscriptions may qualify for prorated refunds based on remaining months, minus any applicable early cancellation fees or discounts that were applied for prepayment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice: Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Sage Solutions LLC at least 30 days in advance.

  • Early Termination: Services with minimum contract terms may incur an early termination fee if canceled before the term ends, as defined in your MSA.

4. Service Termination & Data Retention

Termination by Sage Solutions LLC We reserve the right to terminate services immediately under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to meet payment obligations.

  • Breach of agreed-upon terms and conditions.

  • Violation of applicable laws or activities that jeopardize the security or integrity of our network or other clients.

Data Retention & Deletion Upon service cancellation or termination:

  • 30-Day Retention: Data stored on Sage Solutions LLC systems (including backups) will be securely deleted 30 days after the effective cancellation date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Data Export: During this 30-day period, clients may request a data export. This may be subject to applicable professional service fees for engineering time required to facilitate the transfer.
