I started pulling cable and racking switches in 2005. Twenty years later I still do it when the job calls for it. Sage Solutions came out of a simple observation: most MSPs sell a black box and hope you never look inside. I wanted to build the opposite — an IT operation where the client sees everything, pays a predictable bill, and can leave with 30 days' notice if we stop earning it.

Before founding Sage in 2015, I spent a decade in the field across enterprise and SMB environments — from the FDNY facility networks I worked on during my years with the department, to 300-camera campus builds, to ground-up office buildouts. I studied at Texas A&M University and hold a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) credential. My time as an FDNY firefighter taught me more about incident response than any certification ever did: stay calm, follow the plan, communicate clearly, and never leave anyone behind.

Today I run every side of Sage — engineering, client relationships, hiring, vendor negotiations, and the code behind the tools on this site. I am a full-stack developer by trade, which means when we build a custom CRM integration or automate a compliance workflow, I write the code myself. When a fiber splice fails at 2 AM, I am the one who picks up the phone.

The company serves 100+ businesses across NYC, northern New Jersey, and southern Connecticut. Our clients range from 10-person law firms to 300-camera housing campuses to national logistics companies. The common thread is they want IT that works, explained by someone who does not hide behind jargon, at a price that does not change month to month.
