Tools-only pricing — RMM, EDR, backup, SOC.
For businesses with their own IT staff (or a tech-savvy operations lead) who want enterprise-grade monitoring, security, and backup tooling without the full managed-services overhead. Pick what you need, see a monthly range. Layered helpdesk available as an all-you-can-eat add-on.
Three engagement models, one stack.
Most NY/NJ businesses fit one of three IT engagement patterns. The right one depends on whether you have an internal IT person, how much risk you carry, and how much you want to outsource.
Model 1
Tools-only / Monitor-and-report
We deploy the security and monitoring stack on your endpoints and servers, watch the alerts, and email you a monthly report. You handle your own helpdesk. Lowest cost, highest tech-savvy requirement on your side.
Best for
Companies with a competent internal IT lead who needs pro-grade tooling without the recurring cost of full MSP overhead.
Model 2 · Most chosen
Co-managed IT
Tools-only stack plus tier-3 escalation, after-hours coverage, and on-call backup for your in-house IT person's vacations and sick days. We become the team behind the team.
Best for
Companies with one in-house IT person (or a small team) who want depth, redundancy, and 24/7 coverage without hiring a second engineer.
Model 3
Fully managed (AYCE)
Everything above plus all-you-can-eat helpdesk for your users, M365 administration, vendor management, and quarterly business reviews. We are your IT department. See three flat-rate tiers.
Best for
Companies that do not want to hire IT staff at all, or that have outgrown the in-house model.
The stack, in plain English.
- AV / EDR — Antivirus and Endpoint Detection & Response
- Modern endpoint protection. AV is the older, signature-based layer (catches known threats). EDR is the newer behavioral layer that catches suspicious patterns even when there is no signature. Examples: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Huntress, Sophos Intercept X. Required by every cyber-insurance carrier we have seen since 2024.
- RMM — Remote Monitoring & Management
- The agent that watches every endpoint and server — disk space, memory, services, patch status, hardware health. Sends alerts when something is off. Lets us push updates, run scripts, and remote in without the user clicking a permission dialog. Examples: NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, N-able. The unsexy backbone of every functional IT operation.
- Backup — Image-based with off-site replication
- Daily image-level backups of every server and (optionally) every workstation, replicated off-site to immutable cloud storage. Tested with quarterly restore drills, so when ransomware hits the difference between a 4-hour recovery and a 4-week disaster is the backup tier you chose. Examples: Datto, Veeam, Acronis, MSP360.
- SOC — 24/7 Security Operations Center monitoring
- US-based human analysts watching the EDR alerts around the clock. Most ransomware lands at 2 a.m. on a Sunday because the attacker knows nobody is watching. SOC fills that gap. Examples: Huntress MDR, Blackpoint Cyber, Arctic Wolf, Sophos MDR. Strongly recommended once you have material data or revenue at stake.
- AYCE — All-You-Can-Eat helpdesk
- Flat-rate end-user support, no hourly bills, no surprise invoices. Includes password resets, M365 admin, hardware troubleshooting, vendor coordination, new-hire setup. Becomes the right answer when your team's time is more valuable than the per-hour math, or when you simply do not want IT to be a recurring decision every month.
- Compliance documentation
- HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NY SHIELD Act, and SOC 2-aware policies, logs, and attestation packets. Required for some industries; valuable in any regulated environment. Examples of deliverables: written information security policy, incident response runbook, access reviews, vendor management log, HR onboarding/offboarding checklists, training attestations.
