We list only what we can back up: a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partnership, manufacturer cabling certifications, and hands-on engineering across the platforms we deploy. When you are evaluating MSPs, ask which credentials they can actually prove — and which are just logos on a homepage.

Cloud platforms & partnership

Microsoft and AWS are real vendor partnerships — Microsoft through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, AWS through the AWS Partner Network. Google Cloud is hands-on engineering experience, not a partnership. We tell you the difference.

Microsoft CSP Partner

Azure-trained engineers on staff. We deploy, manage, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender across our entire client base. As an authorized Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partner and Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program member, we get licensing access, partner support channels, and tooling that independent shops do not get. Our team includes a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Azure Security Engineer.

Google Cloud Experience

Hands-on Workspace migration and Google Cloud infrastructure experience. We handle domain cutover, mail migration, Drive deployment, and ongoing admin for organizations that run on Google instead of Microsoft. Dual-cloud expertise means we recommend the right platform, not the one we happen to resell.

AWS Partner

As a member of the AWS Partner Network, we deploy, manage, and optimize EC2, RDS, S3, and VPC environments for SMBs running workloads in the cloud. Cost optimization is part of every engagement — we have caught clients paying for idle instances they forgot existed.

Compliance capabilities

We implement the technical controls that compliance frameworks require. We do not replace your auditor, your attorney, or your compliance officer — we make their job easier by doing the infrastructure work correctly the first time.

HIPAA-Aware Infrastructure

We architect environments that satisfy HIPAA technical safeguards — encrypted storage, access logging, BAAs with every subprocessor, segmented clinical networks. We are not a compliance auditor. We partner with your auditor and counsel to implement the controls they require, then document everything for your next review.

PCI-DSS Knowledgeable

Segmented networks for restaurants, retail, and call centers that process cardholder data. VLAN isolation between POS terminals and back-office systems, firewall rules that satisfy SAQ requirements, and quarterly scan coordination with your QSA. We have done this for multi-location hospitality groups where every site needs the same controls.

NY SHIELD Act

Any business that holds private information on New York residents must implement reasonable safeguards. We handle the technical side: encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, employee security training, incident response planning, and breach notification readiness. The SHIELD Act does not require certification — it requires proof you did the work.

Cyber Insurance Readiness

Insurance carriers require specific controls before they will underwrite a policy or renew an existing one: MFA enforcement, EDR on every endpoint, immutable backup, security awareness training, documented incident response, and access reviews. Our Secure tier defaults to a stack that meets or exceeds the typical underwriter checklist. We fill out the renewal questionnaire with you and provide attestation letters where carriers ask for them.
